College Audition Preparation Course

The Music Institute is now offering a College Audition Preparation Course for high school students.  Preparation for entrance exams should begin NOW for college auditions.  While some universities have stringent audition requirements prior to admission, others have open admission policies followed by thorough examinations at some point in the program.  The earlier you begin your preparation, the better chance you have to pass Aural Comprehension, Music Theory, Music History, and your audition on your primary instrument.  The College Audition Preparation Course will cover all these areas to greater your chance for success!
The class will be taught by DMA student, Eric Murine.  Eric has attended Western Michigan University, Michigan State University, and the University of Kentucky.  In the spring of 2009, he was acting instructor of trumpet at the University of Kentucky.  Eric has auditioned at more than 20 universities with a 100% acceptance rate!

“Luck is a crossroad where preparation and opportunity meet.”
Let the Music Institute help you greater your chance for success!
